A fantastic deal is going on right now for flights from several US cities (mostly NYC and Los Angeles) for flights to Europe (mostly Milan, Prague, and Budapest).<\/p>\n

It appears to be a mistake that the fare is pricing so low, so I don’t expect this to last more than a few hours.  With this deal, you can get a one way flight from NYC to Milan for as low as $130<\/strong>.  Although it seems completely unrelated, you’ll need to do a search for a multi-segment flight:<\/p>\n

  1. NYC to Milan, Italy<\/li>\n
  2. Prague, Czech Republic to Tokyo, Japan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    By combining those 2 flights together, you’ll get this extremely low price.  Some people have been using this to set themselves up for a Round-The-World flight, so if you have the time to take that kind of trip, then go for it!  But you can also simply use the first segment as a one way flight to Europe, and forget about the second half to Japan.<\/p>\n

    The best place to find these flights is on Priceline<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

    The deal appears to be in October and November, but I’ve seen some reports of bookings in spring 2015.  Here’s a sample that I found just a few minutes ago from November 4-11:<\/p>\n

    It’s also available from NYC to Budapest for about $272:<\/p>\n

    And also from the West Coast to Budapest, for only $280:<\/p>\n

    Like I said, there’s a good chance that this may not even last through the morning<\/strong>.  Your best bet is probably to use this one way flight to get to Italy, and then use frequent flyer miles for the return trip.  American Airlines has Off-Peak awards<\/a> to\/from Europe that are only 20,000 miles each way between October 15-May 15, so with this deal, you could score a trip to Italy for $130 + 20,000 miles!<\/p>\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
