Delta<\/a> has launched a sale on flights to Oslo, Norway from a number of destinations, including Jacksonville, FL, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Newark, NJ and even the tiny airport of Daytona Beach, FL.  Many flights can be found from those cities for under $500 roundtrip!<\/p>\n

Norway is on the shortlist for the Mrs. Guru and I as there are some beautiful areas to see in Scandinavia – although it’ll probably have to wait until after our current list of upcoming trips to Charleston, the Bahamas, San Francisco, Greece\/Turkey, the Cayman Islands, and Argentina\/Uruguay\/Peru :-).  If you want to read more specifically about Oslo<\/a>, or Norway<\/a> in general, or other areas, one of my favorite sites to research new cities and countries is Wikitravel.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These low fares can be found in September, October, November, and even the first few days of December.  While it is pretty cold in Oslo by November and December (lows around freezing, highs around 40°F), it’s still not too cold in September (lows 45°F, highs around 60°F)  Here’s a calendar of fares for September:<\/div>\n

You can search with flexible dates on ITA Matrix<\/a>, and then book directly with Delta.  When booking directly with Delta<\/a>, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund so if you even think you might want to take advantage of this sale, I’d highly recommend booking ASAP!<\/p>\n\n
