Flights to Ireland: $323 roundtrip

Flights to Ireland

Act fast on this one!  Several airlines have dropped fares for flights to Ireland (specifically to Dublin) for as low as $323 roundtrip from cities like Chicago, Washington, DC, Cincinnati, and San Francisco.  Most of the low fares I’m seeing right now are on Delta and Air France, but other airlines like United and American are dropping some of their fares to match.

There are dates available into late spring/early Summer, such as this trip from Washington, DC from May 8-15:

The “base fare” before taxes on these flights to Ireland is only $0.50 to $0.55 each way…that’s right, fifty or fifty-five cents each way!

Even with all the taxes added on, this is still an incredible deal for cheap flights to Ireland.  The Mrs. Guru and I spent a week in Ireland back in 2012, and had an amazing time.  Our flights to Ireland were using British Airways points for Business Class, but this deal would be worth saving your points and just booking it in coach.  I don’t expect this deal to last long (possibly not even until tomorrow morning), so you’ll want to book quickly if at all possible!

Booking the Deal

You can use ITA Matrix or Kayak to perform flexible date searches, and then you can book directly on the airline’s website.  As a constant reminder, when you book directly with the airline, you usually have up to 24 hours to cancel for a full refund, so when it comes to deals like this, if you even think you might want to take advantage of this sale, it’s in your best interest to go ahead and book now.  Then, you can finalize you’re thinking and planning within 24 hours…you’ll lock in the price by booking now, but in 24 hours when you’re ready to book, the fare might be gone and then you’re out of luck!
